Can anyone tell me if they randomly get sore tongue for no reason? I woke uo yesterday with a tender tongue, there was no sores or reason for it to be sore. I did have a bout of heartburn the night before. Today it got better but by this stage my anxiety and fear of als had kicked back in.. and now my jaw feels tight and tense aswell and im slurring words a little (am thinking anxiety related). Thankfully I am going to see an orthopedic surgeon in two weeks so hopefully he can help rule out any nasty neuro diseases and put this very anxious mind at ease.
