Anxiety attack with sharp pains by your heart

Hey guys when u have a anxiety attack do you get sharp pains by your heart? Please helpp freakingg outtt !!!!!!!

I don't get attacks but I do feel sharp pains by heart a lot!! I wake up in morning thinking is it gonna happen today.. ruins my day!! do u get like arm numbness and achy as well? I get that and tingly fingers :(

Only when i feel an attack coming on i get those sharp pains i use to get arm pain not nomore this anxiety goes from one thing to another i hate it

I get sharp pains, jumps and drops, and squeezing pressure. Haven't died yet!

Yea its so bad...it suks when i calm down i have a sharp pain by my heart that comes for a split second its scary u get that too?

Yes exactly like that, still awake now and it's 02:05 here in the UK. I'm pretty chilled. I've noticed it does get worse with indigestion sometimes, laying on my front. I spoke to my gp. He's a pretty good guy, he did that knowing smile thing and then talked me through things. Still sent me away with meds I didn't really want.... But yea. The assume it to be normal. Most of our reactions is to do with blood ph levels altering so he told me once :)
