For those who suffer from mainly social anxiety (and any other anxiety really) if you google "Meet up" there is a social anxiety meet up and they arrange outings etc with pple who are dealing with the same things....

The head office is app in NYC but meet ups are based everywhere ( so it seems ) as we have them here in the uk

I think in diff areas ... I'm in Birmingham so went to one last week
