Tummy??

Hi,does anyone else get sharp pains in the centre of their stomach??I am freaking out,I haven't even been to sleep yet!!!Any response would be great fully received??!

Omg I get that all the time I thought I was starting with an ulcer but its not triggeres by food! So maybe its something to do with anxiety...?

Thanks,I keep getting sharp pains on/off and my abdomen feels full of air if this makes sense?!

Sounds to Me like its trapped wind,which can be really painful tho not harmful
