Random shooting pains...

Does anyone experience random shooting pains through out their body? I keep getting like flashes of sharp shooting pains through out my chest, upper back, shoulders, neck. It's really weird. I'm almost positive it's from anxiety, at least I hope it is.

That I think almost sure would be due to nerves..Nerves are more thank likely the culprit for sharp shooting pains... as alarming as they may seem, they are as harmless as a fly... ... ...

That's what I figured, but it's always nice to hear some reassurance from someone else
