Mostly just complete worries, problems in my life, but not taking any meds, I used to, but not anymore because it would make me drowsy, tirex, nauseas and numb

Well as I see it they are just thoughts and they can't harm you,I know how scary it can be but if you don't give them fuel (meaning to bring on the panic attacks) they will go within time

The next time you get a thought in to your head that won't go away, instead
Of trying not to think of it,when it comes say to it oh it's you again, and say,I accept that your there but your not important so please go away and let me think about something else that is important as you are not (as in the thought) not you as a person lol

yes, I have it a lot. usually before bed or when I'm alone at home. I don't work at the moment. i just use distraction.

U mean to try & distract myself? That usually does help, but I can only keep busy for so long.. Lol

Yea, distracting only helps me for a small amount of time, then the thoughts come back out of nowhere.
