Looks like anxiety to me. Doctors and clinics tend to trigger people's anxiety. Breath from the stomach rather than from the chest.

Question? Why don't you believe it's anxiety?

Panic attacks involve sudden feelings of terror that strike without warning. These episodes can occur at any time, even during sleep. A person experiencing a panic attack may believe that he or she is having a heart attack or that death is imminent. The fear and terror that a person experiences during a panic attack are not in proportion to the true situation and may be unrelated to what is happening around them. Most people with panic attacks experience several of the following symptoms: "Racing" heart Feeling weak, faint, or dizzy Tingling or numbness in the hands and fingers Sense of terror, or impending doom or death Feeling sweaty or having chills Chest pains Breathing difficulties Feeling a loss of control

Yes. I think you should call your doctors office and ask to be Referred to a psychiatrist or counselor. I don't know how long you been having these symptoms? I've been told the sooner you get help the better it's going to get for your treatment.

Keep in mind one of the problems with people with anxiety issues, is that they don't believe that the mine could Possibly cause physical symptoms of this magnitude, but it can.

You know.. I know exactly what you're talking about and yes, but I don't know how. Maybe It's your sub conscience? That's good question. I will have to ask my doctor next time I see him.

Ahh I have that happen all the time. If I'm busy, just watching tv, getting ready for bed...no good reason at all. It totally throws off my entire day, and makes it hard to remember the good from the day. It definitely can be anxiety. Sometimes our subconscious does crazy things.

You guys missed the funniest doc visit ever, I know what you are going through. Imagine this, my docs office sucks. It takes 3 hrs to be seen for anything. Havent been to the doc in 10 years, im 28. Anxiety 24/7. Off Balence, dizzy, etc. Freaked out the entire 3 hr wait. Had to lay down because i thought i was going to pass out, my neck got tense (new for me) everything hurt, couldn't walk. Doc said my heart sounded fine. Got a call yesterday with blood results, everythings okay. So I started feeling 100x better. Keep in mind i hadn't left my house in 2 months either.
