It's just nervous. ... a lot of times. Its like this.. insomnia is a bitch

Many times it because we're not busy and distracted like during the day(IMHO). Our mind wonders to our worries and the more we worry ..........the more we worry..... and we get anxious which builds and we get a peak or attack of anxiety. :( Alankay

Yerp! This is me right now it's 23:05 and I was just falling asleep and reminded myself I needed to take my glasses off and am now doing 'that' thing...
