I've been watching a film with my partner an all off a sudden palps come on a few with in a few mins is this normal?

Palps go hand in hand with anxiety. I still have them even on my meds. I even have them when I don't "feel" anxious.

I get palps all the time... Anxious and not! I find the more I focus on them the more they hang around. Sometimes when I feel one coming I cough and it feels like it helps to reset the rhythm.

Coughing does get things going again! Funny how you automatically do it.

It's awful palps been on an off all night :( don't know how to prevent them

Not really , mine come and go, and go months or longer without them. The better you feel the less you notice em it seems

This is do annoying in bed just want to sleep and the palps keep coming trying to relax hard to when I keep feeling these palps that's take my breath away
