Hi everyone. I am really scared and not sure what is going on. About a month ago I was training for a half marathon but had to stop due to recurrent shin splints and feet pain. Ever since I stopped I have been having recurrent joint pain in my hands, knees, ankles, hips, feet. I have also been experiencing heat like sensations throughout my legs and prominent twitching in my legs. Of course I googled and was convinced that I have rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. I saw my dr and he ran the tests that they do for this and they came back negative. At first I was relieved but then read that 30% of people don't test positive and can still have this disease. I don't know what to do and am automatically thinking the worst. Anyone else out there going through this?
