Unusual sensation in my gums

Has anyone else felt an unusual sensation in their gums? I feel like this cold sensation in my gums. I don't know if its due to eating something with acidity.

I have never had a problem with my gums, although they are receeding with old age and my nerves are now showing at the bottom of some of my teeth. However, it might be worth you doing a food diary so that you can see if there is something you are eating or drinking which can cause your problem.
I have not heard this problem as something to do with anxiety or panic, but could be.

Try gargling with peroxide after every tooth brushing. It really helps!

I get it. I used to dip so I just figured my gums were shot, but I had only dipped regularly for 3 months so maybe not. Not sure if it has anything to do with anxiety though
