my left arms sore and my hand is tingly trying to forget about it but can't!!!

I was getting that too and I scared myself so bad that I was having a heart attack so I rushed to the hospital and they did an ekg and all that stuff and said I was perfectly normal...well I ended up finding out that I have a muscle spasm in my upper left shoulder that was causing this pain and tingling in my arm so I get massages regulary...I still get it from time to time when I get a panic attack...my therapist has told me when I start to feel like that try doing deep breathing exercises and telling yourself im ok its just my anxiety this is part of the feeling of anxiety it helps me
