I wanted to know if anyone is like me and is this anxiety


I always seem to think about symptoms that happened awhile ago and I can never let it go... It just replays in my mind over and over and I feel what if it is worse next time.... What if I die what if something is really wrong

Yep I do exactly the same, its just anxiety. It's horrible though
