Getting paranoid about blood pressure now.

I ve been trying to exercise more to challenge my chest worries and I stupidly took my blood pressure and I am paranoid now it was 128/48 then the bottom number went between 50-60 and it says that's low for the bottom number so now I think there's summit wrong.
