Why am I awake at this stupid time???my neck is killing on the left and I have pains in my chest,I am fed up of feeling like this!!!!!!i have had it for the last hour now!!!!!!

I'm awake now too. Woke up to something falling in my bathroom, anxiety clicked in (its gone now), but can't sleep. Hope you are feeling better and sleeping!
