So today I was in my apartment.. I saw that a young woman had passed and I started questioning my friends of what happened!!! (Why I don't know) well nobody knew why so I dropped it. Then from that moment on, I was on edge.. not feeling all that well.. here comes a panick attack.. I instantly start walking.. chest tight.. sweaty palms... never really feel how fast my pulse is going so I just continue to walk it off. I came back inside. Not totally refreshed.. I could still feel the panic a little bit.. went to my room layed down and started playing a game, then I felt another one coming along so I jumped up quickly again and circled the apartments. . This time I stayed outside a bit longer. The feeling went down a lot.. then my daughter came in the room and was fussing about something and I started to get sweaty palms. Wth is going on?? I have had a panick attack but not that feeling to keep coming back several times. ...
