was having a good day then I get to a mates house who's having a BBQ with loads of people there n feel a pain in my chest.. then we go out side and its good for a while then I start feeling pains in the centre of my chest :( and feeling a bit dizzy so have to come home.. WHY!!

it's funny cos I had a pain in my chest from sun to tue night everytime I breathed in and today it's gone but its back to chest pains again :/ why? where's the break
