I have a singing exam later this afternoon. Movers are also showing up tomorrow morning to load most of my things for a move halfway across the country. I still have some things that need to be packed. I feel a little frozen by anxiety right now, with multiple things to worry about. Although the packing could/should be simple, it seems hard to get my head around the things I need to do. I'm going to try to make a list of things to do and go for a run but at the same time, I worry that any time I spend doing things like running will take time away from the work I need to do. Guess I'm just looking for support and empathy.
(Compounding things, I found out a couple of days ago that an ex-gf just got engaged. On some level, I'd still been holding out hope that maybe we'd be able to reconnect eventually, especially now that I'm moving closer to where she is.)
