Does anyone else experience similar to this - I go to sleep and then wake up around 3-4 hours of sleep I usually eat a chocolate bar and go back to sleep. Is this anxiety? Obviously I'm worrying about this now and that it could be something different

Lots of folks have that kinda thing. As long as you go back to sleep OK that's fairly normal. Alankay

I'm totally in this rut. Last night I took 2 benedryl and I actually slept through the night with just one potty break. But I've been getting up about 2am and watching something on netflix or something til I'm sleepy again.

Hey sounds like it might be your blood sugar dropping. That will wake you up and it would explain why you want to grab something like chocolate. Nothing to be alarmed about but try eating a slow digesting low sugar food before bed. A half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich usually helps me. More peanut butter and less jelly. There is all kinds of info out there on night time blood sugar drops or hypoglycemia.
