Who has gotten panicky

So I was reading a story here.on the forum and I started to feel panicky.. has this happened to any of u??? It wasn't about health it was about "this person" getting panicky herself.. weird?? Or normal? ?

The more one ponders anxiety, the more it is possible to make ones self more anxious at times at least. Alankay
