pregnancy and Anxiety

I have had terrible anxiety with past week , the baby is fine thank god just went for check up to doc today. But I fell down and I can hear my heart or maybe im just parinode. I keep sying a lot and I cannot relax im worrying about every thing. has anyone felt like this .

I'm 4 months nearly... My palps feel a lot worse now I'm pregnant my dr said my heart beat will be fast as it beats 15 more beats a min to supple blood to baby. Are either of you on meds?

I'm only on Prilosec for acid reflux. Hoping it works cause my esophagus is sore! Other than that no meds. I'll have to start betas after I deliver. Im always tachy though. Part of my disorder.

Prilosec saved my life during pregnancy lol never had acid reflux until pregnancy then wam, I could drink water and get heartburn lol I was even taking a prescription for acid reflux and morning helped like Prilosec!

Do either of you get constipated yet? I havent. But everyone says your suppose to.

Maybe it's the anxiety that keeps me going? When I was younger I'd call them "nervous poops" lol. Guess I still have em. :/
