In agony :(

woke up this morning with a sore arm and breast (left side) hurts more wen I move/take a deep breathe/yawn. I can't even sit up or move properly without being in pain :( n struggling.. Help :(

doctor says its my muscles and its tender to touch so it's either that or lay funny in bed. I've been given codeine xx
