I just stumbled on this forum through google and read through a few posts, I've had severe anxiety for several years, and while I've learned methods of dealing with it, lately its begun to come back again, alongside fears of death and non existence. Seeing that others have the same problems helps, since my family and friends are all very sociable and can't relate. I'd also be looking for anyone wanting to chat, since thats something I don't have outside of school counselors who have never experienced anxiety before.
