depersonalisation!!!

im really depressed right now and have bad dp... does anyone else find it difficult to string a sentence together with this.... its like my words come out wrong its freaking me out.
i cannot concentrate or make a decision and im so hyper aware of everything i say and do...
i have music and songs swirling round in my head like a radio its been going on for a year now am about ready to blow my brains out😢

My boyfriend suffers with depersonalisation so I can understand how you feel. He's only just really found out about it and its the nearest he can pin point to what happens to him. He's started writing a little book and reading so much information on it and he feels its helped a tiny bit maybe try this and whenever you feel funny read lots of stuff on it xxxxx
