sore arm and neck :( I've had the sore arm for a few days but my necks killing at the bottom :( maybe I slept funny :/ I'm sick of waking up every day with a different pain :(

Have a bath and relax. Don't stress yourself out even further worrying about symptoms. It doesn't help it only hinders.
