Regarding Choking Sensation

I know many of you have experienced a choking sensation with anxiety.
But do any of you guys find it bothersome while driving and stuff?
Like if a seat belt touches my neck I feel like im being choked. Strange ,
I thought I'd share this with you guys.

my friend is like this. he doesnt like his seatbelt across his chest either. he's tense and feels like it's preventing him from moving and scares him.

I find wearing scarfs or close to the neck jumpers are a problem for me. It makes me feel as if I can't breath.
