Does anyone else suffer from this? Even as I type this, I am looking at my phone and I feel like they aren't my hands holding it. I feel like I'm almost floating, in a sense, like I'm not really touching anything. I am having very severe anxiety right now and need a little reassurance...

I felt like that for months , the more u relax the faster it leaves.
