New symptom ive never had before...

Great a new symptom I've never had before.... Left side of my face by my eye keeps going numb?! I've never had this before an hoping its anxiety

Yep used to freak me out. Now I just accept it as anxiety

I get that loads... on left side still do usually follows by the prickly crawly feeling... its horrid

I get this too and then in my fingers and feet. After having this on and off for 2 years now I accepted it as my anxiety. When it comes I tell myself that and then the feeling will go away as soon as I forget about it. Which sometimes takes a while ;)

I think it was like a twitch in my cheek very Weird now I have a achey pain in my chest when I leave over for to long and get up my chest hurts bla

I get numb in certain parts of my body, or my hands turn very white and pale. It's weird, but I just massage it and walk around a little bit and usually the blood circulates back through and I'm good to go. Anxiety 1-Patrick 0
