Severe neck tension

It's so bad it feels like my head might pop off. It's causing me to have a major headache plus my jaw is clenched so that's sore! Sometimes it feels as if someone is sitting on my shoulders. I can't think straight I feel nauseaus! :,(

No thank goodness. I've been working out with a personal trainer and it's been really helping with the anxiety and headaches.
