So I've never been apart of any forums or anything like it, so it's going to take a while to get used to it. But hi everyone, I'm Samantha. I guess I should start off by saying what exactly is "wrong" with me, I like to say that I have generalized anxiety, but I can somewhat pin point what triggers it. I'm wondering if anybody else out there has the same problems?

I get anxious and nervous over upcoming events and things were I'm put into new situations. For example, I'm getting ready to move away for university next week and I can't stop thinking about it, it makes me so anxious. I worry about everything, transportation to school, preparing meals and what I'll eat. Not the regular things you might think you'd get nervous over, like making friends or the school work. I've done the whole university thing before though, unfortunately I moved home because things got so bad. I stopped eating, I was too sick to leave my bed, my stomach hurts and my body doesn't like to keep things in.

Does anybody else feel this way? It drives me insane knowing that none of my friends, family or boyfriend can relate to me.

I don't have the exact situation, but when there's a big event that I'm a part of coming, I would get super anxious and not sleep or eat. I would just be worried about everything. You're not the only one, trust me. Try and distract your negatives by doing positive things. That always helps.

Pretty much felt the same way, school was always hell to me and anything involving college makes me really paranoid.
