Need some reassurance lol

I got woke up at two am ish so went down for a drink and my left arm suddenly got numb. I ended up falling back asleep.. but I woke up this morning 8 am ish and my arms been sore ever since, hurts when I move it round (between the shoulder and elbow) :( deep heat didn't work.

thank u. but wen I woke up this morning it was hurting and it's been hurting ever since :( only wen I move my arm tho.. the other arms the same as well hurts when I move my arm

When you sleep on it strangly then a nerve might have been in a little tight spot. It is normal that it can then get sore the day after. Don't worry about it :D you are okay!

I've had it since this morning, it's everytime I move my arm it hurts :(
