After each meal I feel yucky.. panicky anxious, I can feel heart in chest and throat.. and also I feel like I have a huge amount of bubbles in chest and throat which makes me very anxious.. sometimes don't want to eat.. this feeling goes away aftet about a hour or 2 after meals.. and noticing alot of gas.and burping. .. also heartburn one morning??? What's going on... its not diabetes... ????

Sounds like anxiety and panic attacks while you are eating. It is common to panic when eating, and when looking at a plate of food. Try eating small bits little and often during the day instead of three big meals. Just take small bites and concentrate on chewing and swallowing and gradually your panic will stop and you will feel calmer and able to eat. It will take a few days to get your panic stopped and be able to eat. Don't worry how long it will take you to eat proper big meals, just take a day at a time and eat little bits until you are able to eat big meals again. The worse thing you can do is to give in to it and stop eating, so please keep trying.
