Does anyone get a numb leg? mines from the knee to foot. numb and tingly

Check the symptoms list. Numbness is a common anxiety symptom. Don't fret or fixate on it. Don't let it stop you in your tracks or ruin your day. Go about your business. Keep super busy and pre-occupied. it'll pass and when ti does. Another tick to proove all these symptoms are just anxiety and not going to harm you.
