Got a burning/hot feeling across the front of my chest,is this common,it is freaking me out!!!!

Yes this is common!! You could get this in your chest area, stomach area, in your head, down your spine. Pretty much through your whole body!! I get this in my upper abdominal area

Yes! It makes me feel like there's internal bleeding or something in my body. I hate that warmth. It's weird!

Just curious, is this kind of pain caused by anxiety? I get chest pain from time to time, never got it in other areas though.
