When you guys get de ja vu do you guys get scare?? Because lately I get so scare and I hate them I feel like is the last of me

Yep. I experience a lot of deja vu and at this time in my life it terrifies me. I keep thinking its my "life flashing before my eyes", like I'm close to death or something. I know this sounds ridiculous and I try to reason with myself but can't stop these feelings.
