I get all of this!! It's been really bad lately too which is brutal! I have a hard time looking at patterns, being in spaces with artificial light and a lot of the time when I go shopping I feel like everything is moving. My dr thinks I have an inner ear issue which exacerbates my panic and anxiety.

Yes.. sometimes I feel like my body is gonna crumble on my jelly legs... and arms get so weightless I can barely pick up anything
