If anyone has time to talk and help I'll text you and try to help you in return. Please and thank you, i'm ready to fight these mood swings and ready to do what it takes to be at my best. My mind is desensitized to problems im so used to things going wrong. I cant do this anymore.

I would call a helpline but i only have 400 mins/month.

Hi its nice to share and need a company too when we are depressed.I can suggest you another method for instant help.Please right down in a book or paper all your feelings.It helps a lot to be in peace.
