I haven't slept in a long time. I'm feeling pretty weak and bad in general. Idk how to describe it. Maybe exhausted???? I feel so weak or something. I hate feeling like this. I just want to be better!!!

Sleep is very important. You need to rest your body and your mind. Without rest your system will breakdown.

My anxiety is at the absolute worst about 3 days into a string of not being able to sleep. It's hard to tell what's real at that point - well, even moreso than usual! White noise has saved me... I have a white noise machine that I put on at night, and it helps me sleep.
