Home alone And scared :(

Awwh. I know how you feel. I'm alone 12 hours a day because my boyfriend works and I'm 500 miles away from home. Before I came to live with my boyfriend two weeks ago I couldn't stand being alone at all. I honestly don't know how I deal with it now.

My partner works 7 till 7 so im alone 12 hours ive got no1 :( its horrible :( plus i struggle leaving the house so im stuck in four walls :'( x

Same here!!!! I'm going nuts. It's feeding into my biggest anxiety. Which is thinking I'm dying of a serious disease. I have all these symptoms everyone says is anxiety but it really doesn't feel like this could all be anxiety!!!): I have no medical insurance so I cannot go to a doctor. I'm stuck in my brain and its tearing me apart

And my boyfriend works 6 am to 6 pm. It used to be the other way around
