Omg help breathing

I am trying to sleep but I feel like my breathing is so forced. I dont know what to do.. My throat feeels weird and i feel like no air is going trough it. Im freaking out... I feel like O have to do all the breathing and its uncomfortable and I cant sleep bevause of this..

Anyone else?? And has someone some tips for me...

Btw, i feel like.i breatg out less than I breath in, having a hard time
