It's like 3am and I have really bad chest congestion, and knowing me I make every situation worse, my anxiety is kicking in a lot, feel like my chest is just a frickin brick right now and I'm scared, having a panic attack, I'm freakin out here ! Help? 3':

I do worry myself too but I just try sleep or distract myself with the TV or my phone or something! x

Just do the best you can to take any medications that help, but if those don't work I would go in to see a doctor... you don't want these things to simmer for too long.

I turn on my fan and lay face down with my cellphone. Look for some new games, or play some current games. Go through your friends on Facebook and comment on some of their pictures. Before you know it you'll be calmed down. This works for me Kaysha so just give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

Try listening to meditation tapes on your ipod or body scans which you can download - they often come under mindfulness or meditation. I find I fall asleep listening to them and even if I wake up at the end of the tape or because fallen asleep on my ipod, I usually find they have relaxed me enough to go back straight to sleep. Also try lavender pulse oil and put it on before you try and sleep that helps too.
