Middle :( and run down bungged up with a cold feel drained and now im panicing :(

Well I do a couple stretches when my back aches.

1. Sit on the floor with both legs out, bring your left leg across your right knee. Left Foot must be flat on the floor beside of your right knee. Now put your right elbow on your left knee as if your trying to look behind you, use your left arm to balance yourself while you stretch your lower back. Do both sides just oposite.

2. "Cobras" lay flat on your belly, and with both arms lift just your upper body and look up at the ceiling while you stretch.

I hope I explained these stretches correctly, and hopefully you'll get some relief.

Have you lifted any heavy weights why its paining suddenly.Apply any balm(massage well) take rest and use any pain killer if its unbearable.

stretches are the best for back pain, or seeing a chiropractor / massage therapist.
