Tremors?

Does anyone have a tremor with anxiety just in the hands or just one hand?

In both and one,they come and go,tho it maybe a trapped nerve

I have tremors because of my social anxiety, it sucks but I am learning to cope with it by overexaggerating the shaking, surprisingly it works pretty well!
