Hello Everyone,

I'm so glad I found you.

I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and depression.

Lexapro worked for a while, then my anxiety got out of control and they switched me to Luvox and the anxiety spiralled out of control.

I have just been switched to Efexor-HR, starting tomorrow with Valium for the next week.

I can't believe how badly my anxiety has taken over my life. I had been a high achiever for all my life but the anxiety has now almost crippled me.

I'm the mum (mom) of two beautiful children and have a husband I love.
