Today has been awful!

Today has been one of the worse days of my life. Been to the drs though and she's referring me to a crisis team because I'm pregnant as well my anxiety will double :( I'm scared

Have had a really bad day today I can't even talk abut it :( I think my dr is worried about me I'm worried for myself I seem to be gettin worse and worse

I'm sorry....and I understand. I too got sent in to the high risk unit when pregnant with my son. It was a very tough time for me. I am a religious person, so I prayed and prayed. I asked for strength to get through it, and I did! If you aren't overly religious, just keep telling yourself that you are strong and you will make it. You WILL be ok. Just keep saying it until you start to believe it.

Thank you I am getting bad and I'm only 3 months pregnant I'm scared I'm going to go completely mad because that's how I feel :(

Thank you I thought u had good support by my partner but he just thinks I'm being silly and can't understand why I he like it. It's awful I didn't realise being pregnant would cause me such trouble

I had a similar experience before.

Just don't freak out about it too much and realize it happens to lots of people with our problems. Best of luck :)
