Yeah. All the time. Mines usually always when I'm just sitting there. Riding in a car is worst. Idk. I get it all the time no matter what I'm doing too.

But I know you're feeling!! That's what everything started out with really for me. Like when I started thinking I had some sort of cancer chest pains is what made me think it. Now I have a plethora of other symptoms to go along with it. One time, actually a few times my arm went completely dead and I couldn't move my wrist no matter how much I tried. It freaked me out so bad

Have you tried any if the meditation/body awareness relaxation apps to help? I downloaded one last night to use when I couldn't sleep and had tight shoulders, racing heart and choking sensation. Whilst it didnt cure the symptoms, it certainly lessened them.

Sorry to drop in on the thread.

I used an app called "breathing zone". It focuses on breathing only but I found it to be highly effective.

It's called 'ican' and it has quite a long intro (6 min) but the hypnosis after it is quite good. It's a guy with a Scottish accent and he's quite relaxing. There is also a great one called 'Smiling Mind' which is free and has daily meditations to reduce stress and anxiety. Am using these two to help my physical symptoms. I know how you feel, the pains are so distracting and all you want to do is relax and you can't.
