Hi everyone! I came upon this forum while seeking for reassurance about my anxiety. I suffer from agoraphobia, GAD, social anxiety and OCD. It seems like the severity of my anxiety just jumps around, as at the moment I am having a very hard time dealing with my OCD and terrifying, intrusive thoughts. It's nice to be involved with a group who understand what I am going through, or if not exactly, can have some compassion. As I'm sure you all know, people who don't suffer have no idea.
