Tired, chills and cold..

Is it worth concerning.. I'm scared and freaking out about it. While in fact it's nothing, I feel so stupid freaking out about things like this..

Do you have any tips for me to stay calm and get trough this? Yesterday I was freaking out about being pale and now this.. Sorry..

Also these stupid headaches everywhere. Back of my head, the side of my head.. Weird pains..

I had that last week, went to the doc today, turns out everything is fine....I picked up a bug one of my kids got, I just got a bit more severe then they did. My bloodwork and heart monitor turned out just fine.
