weird twitches

hi there
i have a weird question...
i have been getting weird twitches all over my body recently. like muscle spasms.
i asked the doctor about it and he said its anxiety..ive had bloods and tests done recently and theres nothing else wrong..he said its jsut due to my anxiety problem...
has anyone else experianced this? or anything similar? its realling stressing me out and would really help if someone else knows what im on about :P

I've had them for about 8 years. I've always put it down to changes in muscle tone caused by adrenalin.

Yeah, I wouldnt worry about it, I get them constantly every day. Mainly on my legs and the back of my arm. I've had them everywhere though

I've started to get the Muscle twitches really badly! Feels like my muscles have got a mind of their own.

I don't worry about them caus they're only muscle twitches however they are a real nuisance!!

I get almost daily as well.
Mostly in my arms.

does anybody get muscle pain as well? like my leg is killing me and i am also getting random pains in my arm?

I use to get those random muscle twitches when my Anxiety was really bad and when I didn't have any sleep. Also, I was misdiagnosed n being treated on anti depressants which made my anxiety worse..but, now its gone!!! its normal anxiety symptom though. Propronoral helped me with that.
