Feel dasied and numb,

Does anyone have days when they feel numb from head to toe feel dasied and have moments were you forget were you are x

Sazaroo, I feel like that about an hour after I wake up. Even just looking around my apartment it doesn't feel like anything is mine, or I'm in someone else's apartment. I feel like I'm in some kind of dream state and can't focus or make things clear.
